Zoltán graduated from Corvinus University of Budapest with a degree in business management, specializing in the renowned "management and organization" program. During his studies, he also attended Georgetown University, Yale, Harvard, and the University of Cologne. Before permanently joining the family business, after graduation, he led the world's first mobile payment startup, "Paybox," financed by Deutsche Bank and Telekom Austria, in Austria. Following this, he worked as a consultant at the Budapest office of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Finally, in 2006, encouraged by his colleagues, he decided to join the family business and supplemented his studies by learning hotel investments at Cornell University.

Today, the Zsidai Group operates numerous restaurants and two hotels, collaborating with international partners such as Kempinski, Marriott, and the Jamie Oliver Group, both domestically and abroad.
