Anna Vágási-Kovács completed her studies as an expert in International Relations at Corvinus University of Budapest, and then earned a master's degree in Cultural Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. She also obtained a specialization in Foreign and Security Policy through the administrative examination at the National University of Public Service and completed the Leadership Academy at MCC.

In addition to her interest in cultural diplomacy, she has always been fascinated by a deeper understanding of human behavior, leading her to acquire qualifications in behavioral analysis and graphic examination counseling at Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church, as well as knowledge in sports psychology from the Barça Innovation Hub.

Her broad professional interests have led her to head the World Heritage and International Department at the Prime Minister’s Office, serve as the national contact for several international, EU, and UNESCO heritage protection agreements, and work at the Hungarian Maltese Charity Service. She is currently the Secretary of the Federation of Latin American Hungarian National Organizations. Additionally, she teaches Hungarian as a foreign language. At MCC, as the Head of the Career Center, she effectively combines her expertise in both economics and psychology with her professional background and experiences.
