He earned his degree in Hungarian language and literature in 2001 from the Faculty of Humanities at Eötvös Loránd University, where he also obtained a qualification as a cultural manager. Later, while working, he completed the HR management program at CEU and then the executive MBA program at Corvinus University of Budapest, graduating in 2013. He is proficient in English and German at a professional level. Since the beginning of his career, he has worked in the field of human resources, initially for almost 10 years as a personnel officer and then as an HR project manager for an international paper industry company. Later, he served as the Hungarian and regional HR manager. From 2010 to 2013, he was the HR director of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority, and from 2013 to 2015, he held the same position at Penny Market Hungary. Before joining MCC, he was the HR director at Waberer's International for four years, responsible for the HR area of the large logistics company with nearly 8,000 employees. He has also worked as a consultant for numerous small and large organizations in HR process development and leadership development. In 2018, he published his own book titled "Committed Team - Instead of Labor Shortage."
