Márk began his career as a student packer at the Mogyi factory in Baja. He then worked in positions related to sales, procurement, product and packaging material development, export and subsidiary management, group-level sales and marketing, and commercial director roles. He gained system knowledge, crisis and change management, organizational development, and leadership experience in these areas, which he has been utilizing and expanding as the CEO of the company group since January 2021.

Márk obtained his degrees in business administration from the International Business School and an MBA from INSEAD.

The National Association of Managers awarded Márk the Young Manager of the Year prize in recognition of his professional performance in 2023.
