Phillip Linderman is a Retired US Diplomat, Board Member and Research Fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies. During his three-decade career, he served abroad in U.S. embassies and consulates in Belgium, Mexico, Ecuador, Germany, Cuba, Chile and Trinidad. He has also represented U.S. interests in the Organization of American States and the European Union. Mr. Linderman's diplomatic assignments have often focused on U.S. border security, international travel, and migration policy, giving him extensive experience working with foreign governments and U.S. law enforcement and intelligence partners on issues such as visa and passport fraud, human trafficking, terrorist travel, watch lists, and the collection and use of identity information. Currently, he is a research fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies.
