Since August 25, 1986, he has been working at the School for the Blind, starting in the student dormitory as a child supervisor. In March 1987, he passed the goalball referee exam. After the second school year, he enlisted for mandatory military service on August 26, 1988, and was discharged from the Adyliget Border Guard Regiment on February 12, 1990. Returning to the school, he continued working as an appointed educational supervisor. In 1991, together with his colleagues, he founded the Sport Association for Blind Students at their school, which was registered as an organization by the Court of Registration in 1992. He has been actively involved in the association ever since. In 1992, he passed the handball sports instructor exam at the ELTE Teacher Training College's Department of Physical Education. During the 1992/93 school year, the school organized internal training, and for the next four years, he taught orientation and mobility to their students. In 1995, he was awarded in the sports category in the Junior Chamber Hungary's Ten Outstanding Young Persons project. Between 1994 and 1996, he obtained a handball coaching qualification at the University of Physical Education.

From January 1, 1997, he was appointed coach of the Hungarian goalball team, and in the newly forming Hungarian Sports Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, he founded the goalball division, wrote its Organizational and Operational Regulations, and led the organization until May 2006. Later, in the evolving and modernizing sports association (MLS, MLMS), he took on the leadership of the league, organizing the adult and youth championship system. Between 1997 and 2001, he studied pedagogy with a specialization in developmental pedagogy at the Eszterházy Károly Teacher Training College, writing his thesis on 'Movement Development of Blind Children'. Between 1998 and 2000, he obtained qualifications as a therapeutic swimming instructor, HRG therapist, and TSMT therapist. From 1997 to 2000, he was a board member of the Hungarian Paralympic Committee, and from 2000 to 2008, he worked in the coaching committee. In 1999, he received a commemorative plaque from the Finnish Sports Association for the Visually Impaired. In 1999/2000, he participated in coach training organized by the University of Physical Education. In 2001, he received the prestigious 'Coach of the Year' award from the Hungarian Paralympic Committee. In 2001, the Hungarian Sports Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired awarded him a commemorative medal. In 2001, he published a comprehensive article on the sport of goalball in a special issue of the journal 'Developmental Pedagogue'. In 2002, he received a certificate of recognition from the Hungarian Minister of Youth and Sports for his professional work in the sport of goalball. In 2002, he received a commemorative medal from the Carabinieri Commander of the city of Mestre, Venice, Italy, who was also the governor of the region's Lion’s Club, for his work. Between January 2002 and 2005, he earned a diploma in the pedagogy of the visually impaired at the ELTE Bárczi Gusztáv College of Special Education, writing his thesis on 'Technical Education in Goalball', and made a 30-minute instructional film to establish and broaden the theoretical background of the sport. In 2004, he received a certificate of recognition from the Mayor of Zugló for his work. In 2004, his article was published in the anthology 'Paralympic Stories' edited by Pál Nádas. In 2011, he participated in further training on 'Therapeutic Swimming, Rehabilitation, Para-swimming'. In 2013, he attended a BOSU-Hungary training where he learned a special method for balance development, which he uses in his professional work. In 2013/14, he completed a 120-hour ECDL course, passing exams in four modules. Between 2014 and 2016, he took and successfully passed the state exam in the master's program at the ELTE Bárczi Gusztáv Faculty of Special Education, writing his thesis on 'Changes in Goalball Rules and the Resulting Training Methodology Changes'. In 2016/17, he attended further training for a professional qualification exam, which he also hopes to pass successfully. In 2016, his article was published in the anthology 'Paralympic Stories II' edited by Pál Nádas. On June 27, 2017, he passed the professional qualification exam at ELTE BGGYK, and in June 2017, an entry on his career was published in the Britishpedia Oxford Encyclopedia. In 2018, he received the Gordosné Szabó Anna Award, a professional accolade from BGGYK. In 2021, he received a leadership appointment at the boarding institution unit of the School for the Blind EGYMI. In 2022, he passed the BME state exam in Public Education Management Training. In 2022, he obtained a goalball coaching license from MKSZ.
