As a leading mentor at MCC, she helps young people start their career paths. She holds a PhD in Economics, Political Science, and Economic Law. She has worked for multinational companies (Microsoft, Sony) and in the public sector (teaching as an adjunct lecturer at various universities across the country for 10 years) before living in Singapore for over 14 years. During her time in Asia, she had the opportunity to travel and get to know the region, as well as Australia and New Zealand. Through personal and business connections, she learned a lot about the opportunities and challenges presented by the international environment. Upon returning home, she managed the university's foreign economic relations as the Deputy Director of the International Strategy and Coordination Center at MATE. Currently, she coordinates the institution's mentoring activities nationwide at MCC. She is a certified stress and skills development facilitator, but has also conducted time management, communication, and organizational development training. As a board member of the Hungarian Marketing Association, she has supported the professional community's development for years.
