Judit Ludwig-Jánosy has been serving as the Deputy Director of the Career and Alumni Center at MCC since October 2022. She earned her degree in Economics in German from the Kempten University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Business Administration & Tourism Management.

Judit lived and worked in the United States for 16 years, during which she held several leadership positions. She worked twice at the Consulate General of Hungary in Chicago, including helping with its reopening during her second term. As Vice President of the Hungarian American Association in Chicago and President of the Hungarian Cultural Institute of Chicago, she supported the Hungarian community abroad by organizing cultural and community events to preserve their Hungarian identity and strengthen their connection to Hungary.

Before moving back to Hungary in 2019, she led the Membership Engagement and Events department at the German-American Chamber of Commerce (GACC Midwest) in Chicago. Upon her return, she headed the Export Relations department at HEPA, the Hungarian Export Promotion Agency, before joining MCC after managing several major projects.

In addition to her primary activities, she has always aimed to work in a helping profession. Following her volunteer work in the U.S., she completed coaching training at an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited center in Hungary, earning her coaching certification.
