She has over 15 years of professional experience in adult education, with more than 10,000 training hours conducted across over 200 organizations, as well as individual client counseling and coaching. She has participated in numerous projects as a trainer and methodological developer in the field of education. Her work and professional experience encompass the public, municipal, for-profit, and non-profit sectors alike.

Currently, she holds the positions of President and Adult Education Program Director at a nonprofit organization. Additionally, she works as a freelance trainer, coach, and consultant. Besides individual competency development, she also focuses on the development of teams and organizations. Her main areas include business development, soft skills training, and labor market training.

She places special emphasis on the education and labor market reintegration of young career starters, women returning from maternity leave, and people with disabilities.
