She obtained her BA in Communication from Corvinus University of Budapest and her MA in Political Science from Eötvös Loránd University. In 2012, she studied political science at the University of Salzburg as an Erasmus scholar, and in 2017, she researched Hungarian youth organizations in Transylvania under a CEEPUS scholarship at Babeș–Bolyai University.

In 2021, she earned her PhD summa cum laude from the Doctoral School of Political Theory at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, where her dissertation examined the institutionalization of Hungarian youth organizations in Transylvania from the perspective of minority nation-building. Her research interests include youth, educational and labor market conditions for young people, cultural consumption habits, international mobility, and issues related to national minorities.

Dr. Kiss-Kozma joined the MCC School of Social Sciences and History and the Institute for Youth Research in the fall of 2021 with the aim of contributing to a better understanding of the mindset and lifestyle of the younger generation.
