By education, Krisztina Hevesi is an economist, journalist, psychologist, and psychology teacher; later specializing as a sports psychologist, health developer, and sexual psychology specialist. Her key research areas include the role of sexual satisfaction in well-being, mental health, and the lifespan perspective of relationship happiness. Her therapeutic trainings encompass art therapy, relaxation techniques, dynamic short-term therapy, dream analysis, group analysis, and cognitive methods. Her doctoral dissertation focused on the relationship between sexuality and personality, sexual health, and the exploration of relationship trends among the Hungarian population. The central theme of her habilitation defense was the disorders of female and male sexual functioning.
