His love for sports dates back to his childhood, as a significant chapter of his life was dedicated to competitive sports, specifically kayaking at the national team level. Kayaking was an integral part of his life until the Rio Olympics, but in 2016, seeing that Olympic participation would not be possible, he turned towards building his civil career. His journey began at the University of Physical Education, where between 2010 and 2017 he earned a master's degree in recreation and health development, parallel to his psychology studies. He began his psychology studies at the University of Debrecen, then continued at ELTE, and completed them at the University of Physical Education with a specialization in sports psychology. Between finishing his elite sports career and his studies, he made a detour into the Hungarian fitness industry, where he managed a gym and organized events.
Currently, in addition to his role at MCC, he works as an applied sports psychologist. In his private practice, he mainly works with elite athletes, including two of his athletes who competed in the Tokyo Olympics. Sports remain a part of his life, and after individual sports, he now collects yards as an American football player. He is currently a member of the Hungarian National American Football Team.
