He founded his winery in 1996 with the aim of directly participating in the rediscovery and promotion of Tokaj wines and terroirs. He acquired the professional foundations of winemaking partly at the Agricultural University in Budapest, and partly in the United States, France, and Great Britain. Since 1993, he has been involved in the initiation and operation of various foreign-owned wineries in Tokaj-Hegyalja.

In the first year of his business, he made wine using traditional tools from the family vineyard in the Boda area of Sátoraljaújhely. In the following years, he purchased vineyard plots in various parts of Tokaj-Hegyalja: in Tokaj (Szerelmi), Mád (Veres, Ősz-hegy, and Betsek), Rátka (Hold-völgy and Új-hegy), and Bodrogkeresztúr (Kakas and Lapis). Currently, he tends vineyards in 9 plots across 5 municipalities, covering nearly 7 hectares.

He ferments and ages his wines in the cellar of a historic building from 1790 in the center of Tokaj. He strives to produce single-vineyard selections from the different terroirs, taking full advantage of the opportunities available. His wines come in three varieties, which, in his opinion, best convey the uniqueness characteristic of the wine region: dry wines, Főbor (main wine), and Aszú wines.

Through conscious yield limitation, precise understanding of ripeness, and showcasing the diversity and richness of the terroirs, he aims to support Tokaj's return to the global wine map.
