Belayane Najoua is the current Global Head of PR, Partnerships, and CRM at Munch. She has been with the brand since its inception and has demonstrated outstanding professional performance. She is also a member of the Hungarian PR Association. Over four years, she has contributed to the development of Munch into a lovebrand through continuous strategic PR and external communication, and the brand now operates in four countries. Najoua regularly gives lectures and workshops on branding and green communication, with recent talks at MOME, the University of Pécs, and PREZI House of Ideas. Additionally, she provides PR consulting services to other companies on a project basis and actively writes articles on professional and gastronomic topics. Previously, she was the editor of the Közgazdász Online, where she authored more than 150 articles on professional communication, social issues, and green topics in just a year and a half.
