Graduating from the University of Debrecen with a degree in general agricultural engineering in 1977, he established a private agricultural business focused on day-old chick hatching, feed production, and crop trading. The business grew organically into Central Europe's largest poultry integration. Consciously training his two sons, László and Péter, for the profession, they now represent the 4th generation. László, also a graduate in general agricultural engineering from the University of Debrecen, took on leadership responsibilities and led a complete organizational transformation and strategic shift. Péter, an agricultural economist graduate from the same university, quickly learned the company's operations and implemented innovative and modern economic approaches, improving profitability. The company blends tradition with a modern approach, with dynamic growth in production and sales.

The Bárány family has been involved in poultry breeding for 117 years, spanning four generations, making it Hungary's oldest poultry breeding dynasty. There is great pride in the successful generational transition within the family, in addition to maintaining their traditions.
